You've landed on the web-page of Wayne Tamane.
As a child, my parents bought me my first camera and introduced me to photography. More than a hobby, it's been a life-long journey that continues to be my "North Star".
Photography is my passion. Professionally, I am also a scanner operator and digital image retoucher. Recently, I had the good fortune to advance my skills by taking courses at the Toronto Image Works Institute. There were many nights at the computer doing projects and assignments but, as a direct result of the encouragement, perseverance and assistance of the fine instructors and teaching assistants at TIWI, I can now add Design and Web training to my resume.
If this is a return visit, you'll notice that I've changed my "Flash" opener. If you missed it or if you just want to replay it, click here or select the "Intro" button. There are also a few new images in "Photography" including one of the 2010 Olympic flame burning in Vancouver, (photographed by Justin Tamane), and a cool one of the underside of a ray that I took when I saw this animal in an aquarium in Las Vegas. There are also a few other touch-ups scattered throughout the site.
"Thanks" for stopping by and come back from time-to-time to view the updates.
